The Institutional Mortgage Services Group's (IMSG) Associate Development Program (ADP)
The Institutional Mortgage Services Group's (IMSG) Associate Development Program (ADP) is the gateway for future leaders within IMSG and Countrywide. The program is one of a kind in the mortgage banking industry and will prepare a select few to literally jump-start their career through intense training that would normally take years to gain in experience alone.>
Candidates hired into this program first participate in a training and performance-based learning plan combining classroom instruction, eLearning, on-the-job training and one-on-one performance coaching from both your ADP manager and your mentor. We’ve designed the curriculum to evaluate, develop and polish your skills in preparation for becoming a motivated, successful member of the IMSG team.>
The first four months will focus on the mortgage banking industry as a whole, during which time you will learn about the industry and Countrywide. The next phase of the program (minimum of two months) gets more specific as you begin to develop into your career path and dive deep into the specialized skills you’ll need to succeed!>
Countrywide can give you comprehensive, structured, real-world experience in creating a career. No one can do what Countrywide can.®
