Loan Administration College to Career Program
The Loan Administration College to Career program is designed to support the flexible staffing needs of various business units by hiring and assigning college students who are actively enrolled in accredited degree programs.  These college students are interviewed, selected and placed based on a variety of criteria, including their area of study, enrollment status, proven work record, and team “fit” of the requesting business unit. Considered are the needs of individuals at various levels in their educational and professional development. We offer a limited number of full and part time internships for college students to work on a variety of special projects and strategic initiatives. Our program is committed to providing experiences that ensure interns receive professional and leadership development with the opportunity to explore various career options.

Internship opportunities span a wide range of career tracks including:

  • Accounting and Finance
  • Reporting and Analytics
  • Human Resources
  • Information Technology and Systems Development
  • General Business

Upon graduation from college, individuals who participated in the College to Career program may be considered for regular full time positions related to their area of study and/or personal career objectives.

Projects completed by previous College to Career interns include:

  • Partnering with senior programmers to design, develop, and test web-based training modules and online curriculum.
  • Developing and executing project plans for process migration pilots, providing cost benefit analysis, business efficiency studies, and logistical recommendations.
  • Partnering with recruiting to become familiar with the on-boarding processes and providing recommendations for enhancements based on research, surveying, and focus group sessions.
  • Analyzing existing processes for title and wire transactions and developing and/or implementing plans for automation to increase efficiency and productivity.

Eligible Participant Profile:

  1. Currently enrolled college student, Freshman - Senior status.
  2. Literate in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Word; Access a plus.
  3. Minimum GPA of 2.5.
  4. GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
  5. Part Time Interns must commit to a minimum of 15 hours and a maximum of 30 hours per week.
  6. Full Time Interns (summer only) should plan to be available between the dates of June 1st and August 15th.
