Hallie Chen
Loan Origination

After receiving her Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Eastern Michigan University, Hallie Chen joined Countrywide University because it seemed like an attractive opportunity to travel around the country and learn about a growing industry.  Here she explains what she gained from the experience:

Countrywide University enabled me to set goals for myself that I thought were impossible before.  With the knowledge I gained during the training program, I was able to set my sights on the position which I thought was most suitable for my personality and my background, as well as my future potential.

Since the program offered us training rotations in different divisions of the company, we were able to experience different positions within the company first-hand.  Since the best decision is usually an informed one, I was able to obtain a loan origination position within the Wholesale Lending Division after comparing my options.

The Countrywide University program offers impressionable minds an invaluable learning experience in the mortgage industry with one of the top lenders in the country.
