Countrywide’s Loan Origination and Underwriting Technology (CLOUT) is the gateway to Countrywide’s automated pre-qualification, underwriting and origination systems. It’s designed to create seamless processes from application to closing, funding and servicing. CLOUT allows customers to find and price products for which borrowers may qualify – with minimal data entry.
