Countrywide’s Full Spectrum Lending Division was founded in 1996, with 26 individuals, and today we are proud to have a workforce of more than 6,500 employees. Leveraging the technology and services of Countrywide, we have grown rapidly, while reducing costs and setting new benchmarks for outstanding quality and compliance.

As a member of Countrywide we share a vision that began in 1969, when our founders, Angelo Mozilo and David Loeb, drew plans for a mortgage company. That vision, of what our business could be if people and technology were freed to do what they are capable of, has led to impressive results. Our Philosophy

In addition to providing traditional mortgage loan products, we also level the playing field by providing home purchase loans and refinance loans to consumers who are self-employed, have less-than-perfect credit, and/or do not meet the loan requirements of traditional lenders.

Our National Sales Centers are located in Arizona, Texas, and Illinois. Our office network extends across most states – from Hawaii to New York, and from Washington to Florida.
