Our Loan Specialists fill a critical role of ensuring loans are processed in accordance with established company and regulatory guidelines. These team members are also responsible for assembling loan documents and disbursing funds to our borrowers.
Job Requirements:
To be considered for the position of Loan Specialist, a candidate should:

Have 3+ years of related experience working in a mortgage lending and/or finance environment including pre-qualification review and loan documents analysis.

Hold a high school diploma; associate of arts degree and/or course work in mortgage lending/finance preferred.

Have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Possess intermediate computer and mathematical/10 key/calculator skills.

Be able to perform in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and timeliness is of the essence.

Our Underwriter Associates are relied upon to review, inspect and validate standard loan applications for completeness, accuracy and soundness. These associates also underwrite loans in accordance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
Job Requirements:

Have 2+ years of processing or underwriting experience.

Be current towards receiving an underwriting designation.

Our Loan Funders play a critical role in our loan closing process. Loan Funders are expected to:

Coordinate fundings with business partners and settlement agencies.

Check documents against underwriter worksheets to ensure all conditions are met.

Coordinate loan closings with our Account Executives and Escrow Agents (Title).

Ensure that all closing conditions are satisfied prior to funding.

Enter loan information into our systems.
Job Requirements:
To be considered for the position of Loan Funder, a candidate should:

Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

Have 1-2 years of funding and/or processing experience in the residential lending industry.

Have experience with business software applications (preferably Excel and Word).
