Our more than 11,000 employees provide high quality support and services to borrowers, investors and business partners. Successfully balancing customer satisfaction and efficiency through process innovation, our division is consistently rated as a best-in-class servicing organization by such entities as Standard and Poor’s, Freddie Mac, FHA, HUD, Moody’s and Fitch Ratings.
• Loan Administration is responsible for servicing over 9 million loans across the nation, with a portfolio balance of close to $1.5 trillion. Our diverse workforce operates in several locations (domestically and internationally), including California, Texas, Arizona and Florida, as well as India and Costa Rica.
