The Loan Administration Division provides training programs for every step of employee growth and promotion.  It’s our way of helping employees Service the American Dream of home ownership. The journey begins with New Hire Achievement, where new employees receive an introduction to Countrywide culture, systems and products. We ensure that all employees understand the process of home ownership and internalize the principles necessary to be successful at Countrywide. As employees continue on their path of Servicing the American Dream, they are supported by skills development workshops, technical training and advanced product and industry topics.

When employees are ready to move into management positions, the Learning to Lead and Principles for LA Team Leaders Programs teach them ways to supervise and influence others to better Service the American Dream. These programs build leadership skills so that participants are prepared to move up in the organization.

Once identified as having leadership talent, selected employees are further groomed for advancement in the Top Potential program. Most graduates of this program are promoted into higher-level management positions where they participate in the Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) program. LEAD helps managers implement business strategies while preparing them to assume more diverse responsibilities.

Our mission of Servicing the American Dream requires that we fill our leadership pipeline in preparation for growth. We know that every new employee at Countrywide has the potential to be a future leader and we’ve created the path for them.
