Originators at Entry Level and Management in Wholesale Loan Production

• 2+ years successful residential purchase loan origination experience
• Solid working knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and loan origination systems
• Ability to develop strong business partner relationships
• Existing mortgage broker base that can be leveraged immediately for sourcing quality loan applications
• Superior interpersonal, communication, presentation, teamwork and customer service skills
• Proven business development and territory management skills
• Knowledge of industry and technology trends

Underwriting Professionals

• 3+ years mortgage loan underwriting experience
• FHA, VA, Conventional and/or Subprime expertise
• Demonstrated knowledge of FNMA/FHMLC and FHA/VA product guidelines
• Working knowledge of Fannie Mae's  Desktop Originator® and Freddie Mac's LoanProspector® systems
• FHA, DE, and VA Automatic underwriting designations preferred
• Knowledge of applicable state and federal real estate lending regulations
• Superior interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Working knowledge of PC-based applications
