Over the past four years, Countrywide Financial Corporation has been a proud sponsor of the National Society of Hispanic MBA’s (NSHMBA) on both local and national levels. To support our incredible growth and expansion plans as a Fortune 500 company, we will continue to market our career opportunities and services to members and friends of NSHMBA. This year, Countrywide has attended, participated, and sponsored several local events in support of the Los Angeles, Dallas/Ft Worth, and Chandler, AZ chapters. On a national level, Countrywide was a gold level sponsor of the 16th Annual NSHMBA National Conference and Career Expo held in September 2005 in Anaheim, CA. With over 200 companies participating and over 5,000 registrants in attendance, the expo was a huge success.
To capture the incredible talent associated with the NSHMBA Annual Conference and Career Expo, the College and Diversity Recruitment staff teamed up with the Diversity Services Group, Multicultural Marketing, and a host of hiring managers from business units across Countrywide’s family of companies. Participating Countrywide business units with career opportunities for qualified NSHMBA members include: Performance Management Group, Enterprise Risk Assessment, Full Spectrum Lending Division, Strategic Planning, HR-Recruitment, Financial Planning, and Capital Markets.
